USE "AVR programmer " instead of PONY PROG.
I ALSO BUILD IT IT WORKS GREAT EXCEPT ..THE PROBLEM OF THE
DRIVERS ....
I searched and got PROLIFIC SOFTWARE FOR USB ....install it still if u get errors
the do the following
1.Open device manager(in the control panel)
2.click on Port COM and LPT.
3.Select your port.
4.right click "Update driver software" ,then "browse my computer for driver manually.
5."let me choose the driver ".......click on the second option present their......and u r ready to go.....
